Fresh Produce

We grow a variety of seasonal organic vegetables and fruit for sale including kale, lettuce, silverbeet, herbs and eggplant. Between our commercial activities and our home garden there are more than 40 different types of plants on the farm.

Growing organically means growing without the use of poisonous chemicals that are often used in agriculture. Organic farming instead uses natural composts and fertilisers that are not harmful to you or the environment. Organic farming also does not allow use of genetically modified seeds so you know there are no risks associated with the use of this uncertain technology.

We believe food should not only be free of toxic chemicals, but also highly nutritious. That's why we spend a lot of time improving our soils to ensure the right blend of minerals and nutrients for optimum results.

The result is 'nutrient enriched' produce - i.e. not just free of poisonous chemicals, but full of energy that is good for you. For more information on organic farming practices - see the Farming Practices section of our site.
